Summer Camp Scholarship Waiver

Qualifying
If your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch, you’re likely eligible for one of our camp waivers. Our policy is that if you are less than 125% of the US poverty line (free lunch threshold) you are eligible for at least one 100% waiver per child (one full camp free) and additional camps at half price.* If less than 185% of the poverty line (reduced lunch threshold) you are eligible for at least one 50% waiver per child (half price camp).*
*The amount of waivers applied per camper can go up to but will not exceed $300 (ex. 4 half priced camps). Full and half price waivers are applied per camp in the order which the camps will occur over the summer.
process
To be considered for a waiver or scholarship, please answer and submit the form questions below. We will do our best to let you know if your application has been accepted within 2-3 business days at the email address you provide below. In the meantime, feel free to register your camper for their desired camps in order to hold the spots.
Registering for Camps
Complete the summer camp registration as you normally would: providing guardian information, camper information, and camp selection. After this information is completed you’ll arrive on a payment page.
If you are able, we encourage you to make a partial payment to reserve your camper’s spot by credit card. Should you qualify for a free camp we will notify you and process a refund for the partial payment made to reserve a spot.
Should you choose to make a partial payment to reserve a spot via check, please wait for our response before mailing or bringing in a check.
