Campers will learn to appreciate the nature surrounding us on campus. They will will document their journey in this camp by making their own nature journals by hand. Expression, craft, and documentation will range from paper-making, book-binding, drawing, rubbings, photography, and mapping. Each camper will have a unique impression of the Illini Grove documented in each of their journals. They will also be introduced to some of the career opportunities that exist for naturalists in research and preservation.
